I would say Hillary Duff.. Reasoning.. Lindsay Lohan... weighs about 3 pounds.. Hillary Duff.. is a bit cheeky...

Lindsey Lohan. She has so much aggression what with her dad in prison, and all. Hilary Duff (it's one "l," not two) is cheeky, and she might get a punch in (and might win, if she has a house key in her clenched fist), but aggression beats cheek.
