hmm... there have been so many terrible sitcoms. Three's Company comes to mind....Explain you ask? How can you explain absolute stupidity?
Let's change the question....best sitcom....Seinfeld. enjoy the day....this may be the hottest July 27th, 2005 ever....what will you do with it?

That Nickelodeon show Special Delivery. With Muffy and that rat? I don't need to explain.

Okay: First off, Special Delivery was absolute crap, but after deliberation, the most incredibile woman in the world and I have determined that it is actually not a sitcom.
As to Manimal. While we never saw it (and I actually am upset that I never saw it), while it sounds amazing and amazingly awful, it is most certainly not the premise of a situational comedy is it? If it is, it is genius and it wins.
Small Wonder is certainly terrible and deserves to be removed from memory and from the history of the annals of television. It is merely proof of our stupidity. I watched it a lot.
I am surprised that no one mentioned that show with the guy who lived in his basement with the puppet dog played by Bob "Cat" Golthewait. Does anyone remember the name of that show?
