gotta go with a nice arrangement of "we three kings." Dark, powerful yet full of light.
second would have to be God Rest ye Merry Gentlemen cause it's so easy to jazz up...

Jingle Bell Rock... Can't mess with that... Also i must admitt that Chipmunks song gets me singing along also.. Rudolf also a great song.. Frostie the Snowman gets old... but otherwise Jingle Bell Rock!
