Alright, this one comes in straight from the garden:
What is your favorite green vegetable?
Note: For the most beautiful woman in the world: Corn does not count as a green vegetable.
Note: For the rest of you: Neither do potatoes.

Kristen??? You will eat Lima Beans but not Green Beans??? Lime Beans are my least favorite veggie of all time.
My favorite green veggies are:
Arugla lettuce
Snow Peas
Jalapenos
Least favorite:
Lima Beans
Peas

Ummmmhhh, Asparagus. Yes "anonymous" -- a little lemon juice, a little parmesan cheese -- broiled to crisp juicy perfection in about three minutes. How can it not rule all the other veggies? And don't forget Junior Asparagus -- by far the most entertaining character in Veggie Tales.

Okay, here are my answers:
1. Broccoli - the king of all green veggies. It even looks noble.
2. Asparagus - even though it makes your pee smell funny.
3. Green Beans - just plain old good.
On a side note, Peas and Limas are actually in the starch family, and therefore should not really count as green veggies anymore than other starches like corn, hominy, or butter beans. But hey, they are the exceptions to the rule, I guess. Besides, the most incredible woman in the universe would say that peas are her favorite.
